Refund policy
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you can make a return request within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return procedure, you can contact via info@vstore.lt. Please note that the goods must be returned to the following address: Kaminkelio str. 20A, Vilnius, Lithuania
If we accept your return request, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without a return request are not accepted. Return shipping costs are paid by the sender, unless otherwise agreed.

Violations and problems
When you receive your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the situation and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), non-standard goods (such as special orders or personalized goods) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
The European Union has a 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without any justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Customer pays for shipping.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return item, we will let you know if the return has been approved or not. Once the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and transfer the funds.
