The new Carbonsonic MAX is an improved professional aerodynamic synthetic shuttlecock with a resin groove, even closer to a natural feather shuttlecock. It features improved durability, flight, and control. It is precisely controllable and stable.
"Carbonsonic" is a revolutionary new category of badminton shuttlecocks that did not exist before. These shuttlecocks are called hybrid, but they are not the same as hybrid shuttlecocks made from real feathers. These shuttlecocks are made of foam feathers (LDPE) attached to a thin and ultra-light carbon fiber frame. The new material offers stability, strength, and durability, ensuring a completely new playing experience.
"Carbonsonic" creates its independent range and should not be confused with classic nylon or natural (hybrid) shuttlecocks. The natural cork ensures a professional bounce effect. "Carbonsonic" shuttlecocks are characterized by the highest quality and consistent flight characteristics.
The NCS PRO feather frame is made of composite carbon fiber, and the feathers are made of an aerodynamic synthetic material known for its high stiffness, low weight, and tear resistance.
Through advanced computer analysis and simulation of mechanics and weight distribution, along with hundreds of tests, NCS PRO achieves the perfect balance of synthetic shuttlecock performance. This innovative design is patented in several Asian, European, and American countries.
NCS PRO ensures stable flight, powerful shots, and exceptional durability. The trajectory, feel, and weight are very similar to natural feather shuttlecocks, and the clear sound of each shot gives them a unique character. Professional tests have shown that NCS can withstand more than 100 shots from medium to long distance, proving their durability exceeds that of conventional feather shuttlecocks.
NCS MAX shuttlecocks are approved by the Badminton World Federation (BWF) for selected tournaments.
