Carbonsonic is a revolutionary new category of badminton shuttlecocks that has never existed before. These shuttlecocks are made from foam feathers (LDPE) that are attached to a thin and ultra-light carbon fiber frame. The NCS PRO feather frame is made of composite carbon fiber, and the feathers are made of an aerodynamic synthetic material known for its high stiffness, low weight, and tear resistance.
Using advanced computer-aided analysis and modeling of mechanics and weight distribution, along with hundreds of tests, NCS PRO achieves the perfect balance of synthetic feather performance. This innovative design is patented in several countries in Asia, Europe and America.
NCS PRO provides stable flight, solid hits and exceptional durability. NCS PRO shuttlecocks are approved by the Badminton World Federation (BWF) for the Asian U15 and U17 Championships.
